White Leopard Style Kung Fu

February 5, 2018/ /

White Leopard Style kung fu emulates the grace and power of this large cat, with teaching focusing on its stealth in hunting and apparent fearlessness. Students are taught patterns with movements which fool the eye into thinking it’s looking at a real cat – inherent strength being easily mistaken for simple beauty.

Leopard Style was founded by Ming Dao Wen, from one of the first generations of the Long Yu Fleet, who worked as an archivist in the Imperial Library, and specialised in old terrestrial natural history. People on Earth had a special affinity with large cats, and Ming soon discovered why. In an effort to make people aware that these cats once existed, he founded the leopard style of kung fu.

NB: This style is unrelated to the historical Leopard Style of kung fu.
